RECRUITMENT AT THE HEART OF 2022 FOR DENTMASTER
GARAC intervention
Dentmaster took part in an intervention in a high school on January 31 to talk about recruitment and present the professions of mobility technician. This event took place in a school, specialized in au tomotive professions, which is called GARAC (Ecole Nationale des Professions de l’Automobile) located in Argenteuil.
During this day, the Dentmaster team had the opportunity to present the Carmeleon Academy training school, then the technician jobs with the intervention of 2 of them.

This moment shared with the students was a real opportunity for them to discover a concept that is still little kn own despite Carmeleon’s geographical presence in 70% of France. But also to give them a vision on different jobs they can prepare later.
In addition, the students discovered the Carmeleon truck and more precisely all the tools that make it up to repair any type of second – hand vehicle. This step is important to show the equipment available to the Carmeleon mobility technicians. Everything necessary is present to apply the express bodywork in mobility in the best conditions.
This intervention was an opportuni ty to exchange with the students, so that they could ask any questions they might have about their future. Dentmaster hopes to have convinced more than one student to join the Carmeleon Academy, a real training program specialized in express bodywork in mo bility.
Recruitment at Dentmaster and its Carmeleon brand
Recruitment is one of Dentmaster’s priorities for this year 2022. With already 50 new talents recruited in 2021, the company is not stopping there and has a recruitment target of 30 body painters, in order to cover as much of the French territory as possible, currently at 70%.
In order to keep up with its development, Carmeleon has done everything possible to give its technicians in training a dignified welcome in the Bois d’Arcy workshop. Work was c arried out at the end of the year to increase the capacity of the workshop, to optimize the space dedicated to training and to offer specific training sessions (Smart Repair and body – painting) !
Changes have also been implemented at Carmeleon Academy to evo lve the onboarding program to 10 4 – week sessions over 2022.
